Returns & Replacement

Our mirrors and tables are large, heavy pieces, so we keep our policy simple: if something arrives damaged or wrong, we put it right. Here is exactly how that works.

Damaged on arrival

Every item is packed with protective padding and checked before dispatch, but accidents can still happen on the road. If your order arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge. Here is what to do:

• Open and check your parcel as soon as it arrives, before the rider leaves if you can.
• Send us clear photos or a short video of the damage on WhatsApp (0321-4858962) within 24 hours of delivery. Include your name and the phone number you ordered with.
• We send you a replacement free of charge and take care of the damaged item. You do not pay anything extra.

We send the replacement on the same delivery times as a new order: 24 to 48 hours in Lahore and 4 to 5 business days elsewhere.

Wrong item received

If you receive the wrong item, size or colour, message us on WhatsApp with a photo of what you received and we will put it right.

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges

We don’t offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, so please check sizes and colours before ordering — we’re happy to help on WhatsApp. Damaged-on-arrival items are always replaced.

Why? Our pieces are large glass items, packed to order for a safe journey. Sending them back and forth across the country adds a real risk of breakage. We would much rather help you choose the right piece the first time.

How to make sure you order the right size and colour

• Check the size on the product page and measure the wall or corner where the piece will go, whether that is a bedroom, lounge or drawing room.
• Make sure you have selected the colour and option you want (for example, wall-mounted) before placing your order.
• Check the photos, videos and details in our WhatsApp confirmation message carefully. If anything is wrong, tell us then, before you pay and before we dispatch.
