This page explains, in plain words, what information Decor Livings collects when you visit our website or place an order, why we need it, and what we do with it. Decor Livings is an online shop based in Lahore, delivering across Pakistan.
What we collect
- Your name.
- Your phone number, which we also use for WhatsApp.
- Your delivery address and city.
- Your order details: what you bought, the price and the date.
- Anything you tell us in a WhatsApp chat or through the contact form.
At checkout we ask for your name, mobile number, delivery address and an email for your receipt. We never ask for or store card details on the website: you pay into our own account after confirming your order on WhatsApp, and we send the payment details to you there.
Why we collect it
- Delivery: we share your name, phone number and address with the courier so the rider can bring your order to your door.
- Order confirmation: we message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.
- Support: to answer your questions and sort out any replacement.
WhatsApp is our main way of talking to customers. We message you only about your order or about a question you have asked us. We use WhatsApp only to confirm and deliver your order and to answer your questions.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored in your browser. They are needed for the basket and checkout to work. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on the site at the moment; if we add any, we will list them here.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the basket and checkout may then not work properly.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal details to anyone. We share them only where needed to run the shop: with the courier who delivers your order.
Your choices
You can ask us on WhatsApp to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them. We keep order records only as long as we need them to deliver, handle a replacement and meet our legal record-keeping duties, then delete them.
