Terms & Conditions

These are the terms for buying from Decor Livings, an online shop based in Lahore that delivers across Pakistan. By placing an order, you agree to them. We have kept them short and in plain language.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani rupees, for example Rs 7,500. Delivery anywhere in Pakistan is included in the price, so no delivery charge is added at checkout or at the door. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Payment

You pay into our own account after you confirm your order on WhatsApp. We send the payment details on WhatsApp, never on this website, and we dispatch once the payment arrives. Payment is made before dispatch, not at the door.

Order confirmation

After you order, we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the item, size, colour and delivery address, with real photos and videos of your piece. We dispatch only after you confirm and your payment arrives. If we cannot reach you on the number you gave us, we cannot confirm the order and it will not be dispatched. Please make sure your phone number is correct and that you can receive WhatsApp messages on it.

Product images and colours

We photograph our products carefully, but the item you receive may look slightly different from the photos. Phone and computer screens show colours differently, and the lighting in your room changes how a finish looks. If you want to be sure about a colour or finish, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Replacement policy

If your order arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge. If you receive the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp and we will put it right. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please read our Returns & Replacement page for the full details, including the 24-hour window for reporting damage.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the price you paid for that item. Wall-mounted options include the mounting hardware, but installation is not included and we do not offer an installation service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
