Every Decor Livings order is delivered free to your door, anywhere in Pakistan. You order on the site, we confirm on WhatsApp with real photos and videos, you pay, and we dispatch. Here is how it works, from the moment you order to the moment the rider hands it over.
Delivery & payment: Free delivery across Pakistan. When you order, we message you on WhatsApp with real photos and videos of your piece; once you confirm, you pay and we dispatch. Lahore orders arrive in 24–48 hours; other cities in 4–5 business days. Every mirror is packed with protective padding and checked before dispatch. If it arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge — just send us photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Wall-mounted options include the mounting hardware; installation is not included. Delivery across Pakistan
Delivery is free on every order. The delivery cost is already included in the price you see on the product page, so there is nothing extra to add at checkout and nothing extra to pay when it arrives. Whether you live in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad or a smaller city, the price shown is the price you pay.
Delivery times
- Lahore: 24–48 hours.
- Other cities: 4–5 business days.
Your order travels with a courier, and the rider hands it over to you at your door, so please keep your phone on and make sure someone is at home to receive it.
Order confirmation and payment
After you place your order, we send you a WhatsApp message on the number you gave us to confirm the details: the item, the size and colour, and your delivery address, with real photos and videos of your piece. Once you confirm, we send the payment details on WhatsApp; you pay into our own account, and we dispatch as soon as the payment arrives. Payment details are never shown on this website. This is also your chance to fix anything, such as a wrong house number or a different colour, before it leaves us.
Packaging and inspection
Every mirror is packed with protective padding and checked before dispatch. When your parcel arrives, please open and inspect it straight away, before the rider leaves if you can. If anything is damaged, send us photos or a short video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge. The full details are on our Returns & Replacement page.
Wall-mounted option
Some of our mirrors come with a “Wall Mounted” option. This includes the mounting hardware. Installation is not included, and we do not offer an installation service, so you will need to arrange fitting yourself or with a local carpenter or handyman. If you are not sure whether to choose the floor-standing or wall-mounted option, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.
